أثر استخدام استراتيجية لعب الأدوار في تحصيل طلبة الصف الرابع الابتدائي بمادة الاجتماعيات في دولة الكويت
This study aimed at identifying the effect of using role playing strategy on the fourth-grade students achievement in social studies in the State of Kuwait. The study sample consists of (80) students from four classes in the first semester of academic year 2019/2020. The sample was selected purposefully, one class was selected as an experimental group of (40) students and the other class was selected as a control group of (40) students. The experimental group was taught by the role-playing strategy while the control group was taught the same texts by using the conventional method. The results of the study showed that there were statistically significant differences when level (α = 0.05) in achievement attributable to different teaching strategy in favor of the experimental group. Also there were no statistically significant differences when level (α = 0,05) in between the two groups' achievement averages in social on the post achievement test based on gender variable. In the light of these results, the study recommended the adoption of the role-playing strategy in teaching social studies. (Author’s abstract)
