This study aimed to identify the degree of application of the principals of primary schools in the Irbid Casbah to the concept of integrity and transparency from the teachers' point of view. The following six areas: (Laws, regulations and instructions, transparency and integrity in the distribution of tasks: transparency and integrity in procedures and transactions, integrity and transparency in operations, integrity and transparency in communication, and transparency and integrity Commitment to professional ethics and standards RAHA, distributed over (51) paragraphs, where the results showed the following: 1) The estimates of the members of the study sample came to a high degree, on the areas of the degree of application of the principals of basic schools in the Irbid Kasbah to the concept of integrity and transparency from the point of view of teachers, where the field of transparency and integrity adherence to the ethics and standards of the profession, got the highest arithmetic average of (3.80) and a high degree, Then came the field of laws, regulations and instructions with an arithmetic average of (3.79), and a high degree, and finally came the field of integrity and transparency in operations and an arithmetic average of (3.52) and a high degree. 2) The results of the study on individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) on the concept of integrity and transparency as a whole and each area of integrity and transparency attributed to the impact of sex and years of experience. In the light of the findings of the study, the researcher recommends that the director develop techniques to predict problems before they occur and find effective mechanisms to solve them as a fund to receive suggestions for teachers to develop the institution and solve their problems.
