The study aimed to identify the reality of electronic human resources management and the obstacles of electronic transformation that face the process of transformation of electronic human resources management in Kuwait University from the perspective of faculty members. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The sample of the study consisted of (257) faculty members, they were chosen by simple random method. To collect data from the study members, a questionnaire consisting of two domains was the first domain consists of (60) paragraphs distributed over (5) dimensions, and the second domain consists of (9) paragraphs, have been verified sincerity and stability. The results showed that the reality of electronic human resources management in Kuwait University from the perspective of faculty members was medium, and that the obstacles of electronic transformation that face the process of electronic human resources management transformation in Kuwait University were medium, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05 ≥ α) between the mean responses of the study sample about the reality of electronic human resources management Attributed to the variables of gender and scientific rank. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need to provide e-learning services in the activities and functions of human resources management in Kuwait University, such as interactive web conferencing service for university administrators.
