الإقبال على دراسة الماستر : أسبابه ودوافعه لدى طلبة الجامعات - دراسة ميدانية لبعض الجامعات الجزائرية
This is the subject of the study of Master. The study sample consisted of (100) male and female students who were studying Master's thesis distributed in sections and faculties of three Algerian universities. The data were collected using observation. The questionnaire consisted of (18) words that were formulated. In the Likert method, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS 23) has been used to deal with field data. The study found a number of results, the most important of which is that the motivation of the interviewees is based on career development, the impact of the social outlook and academic growth, which is close to both sexes, while the economic growth in enrollment is higher among males than among females. The need to review the selection and upgrading systems in master's studies. (Published abstract)
