The aim of this research was to investigate the effectiveness of Electronic Edutainment in developing the English language listening skills among blind students in basic education. To achieve this goal, the research sought to answer the following questions: 1) What English language listening skills are required for blind students in basic education? 2) What are the educational design criteria for Electronic Edutainment models for developing English language listening skills for blind students in basic education? 3) What is the educational design of Electronic Edutainment to develop the English language listening skills for blind students in basic education? 4) What is the effectiveness of Electronic Edutainment on the development of the English language listening skills among blind students in basic education? The study was followed the experimental design. The sample consisted of (7) students from the fourth grade in Al-Noor School for the Blind in Mansoura. The researcher prepared a number of Electronic Edutainment models suitable for the development of English language listening skills for blind students in basic education and related to the syllabus. The application was applied after verifying its validity and stability. The experiment took three weeks including the preparation of the experiment and the application of the research tool (the listening test). The results were statistically processed using the statistical programs package "SPSS". The research found the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average grade levels of the experimental group students in the pre-and post-applications in the listening skills test in favor of the post application. 2) Electronic Edutainment has a significant effectiveness on the development of the English language listening skills for blind students in basic education. The research also included a discussion and an explanation of these findings. (Published abstract)
