تقويم أسئلة الامتحانات النهائية لقسم الجغرافيا بكلية التربية، جامعة عمران وفق تصنيف مارزانو وكيندال للأهداف التعليمية



The current study aimed at evaluating the final exams questions of Geography Department, Faculty of Education, Amran University. The researcher adopted both the Descriptive and the analytic approaches to analyse the items of the questions. The Sample of the study included all the questions of the final second semester exams 2018-2019 of specialty subjects of the four levels of Geography Department. The Researcher used a card for analyzing the questions. The results of the study showed that most of the questions were related to the first three levels (retrieval, comprehension and analysis) with100 percentage. These questions were related to retrieval level with 55.7%. Then the level of comprehension with 38.1%. However, the level of analysis has only 6.2%. In respect of variety of questions, subjective questions have 94 frequencies with 96.9% whereas objective questions have only three frequencies with 3.1%. The researchers recommended that the questions of the exams should not be related to cognitive levels only. They should achieve gradation, harmony and equilibrium. Moreover, they should enhance thinking, explanation, inference and judgment. They also should be suitable for the age the grade of the learners. Furthermore, there should be an equilibrium between subjective and objective questions And there should not be only type of them. (Published abstract)
