This study aims to explore the effectiveness of a Counseling Program based on Reality Therapy Method to reduce bullying behavior among a sample of middle school students in Kuwait. The researchers applied the quasi-experimental approach. The study sample consisted of 30 female students aged between 13-15 years. They were selected based on obtaining one standard deviation above the average of 101.734 in the Bullying Behavior Inventory. The sample was divided into two groups: Experimental and Control. Each group consists of 15 students. The Counseling Program was not applied to them before starting the counseling sessions, a Questionnaire of bullying behavior was applied to choose the study sample. The Counseling Program consisted of 12 sessions-two sessions per week- over a period of six weeks. After the sessions were completed, the questionnaire was applied again to both groups to identify the effectiveness of the program in reducing bullying behavior. Arithmetic averages, standard deviations, and T-Test value were calculated to find the differences between the statistical averages and the statistical significance between the experimental and control groups; pre- and post treatment. Results indicated the effectiveness of the Counseling Program in reducing the bullying behavior reflected in the presence of significant differences between the two groups in favor of the experimental group.
