The aim of the study was to explore the practice degree of sharing knowledge among faculty members in Tabuk University and King Saud University and explore the relationship between the practice degree of sharing knowledge among faculty members and the organizational culture in Tabuk University and King Saud University. In order to achieve the aims of the study, the researcher used the descriptive correlative method, and the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The study population consisted of all the faculty members in faculty of education and arts and faculty of science at Tabuk University and King Saud University, and the study sample consisted of (300) of faculty members. The data were statistically analyzed using (SPSS), Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Cronbach's Alpha Reliability Coefficient, One-Way Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), LSD and (T) test. The study reached several conclusions, including: - The practice degree of sharing knowledge among faculty members in Tabuk University and King Saud University in the teaching domain was high, and the general average was (3.98), whereas the degree of practice in community service domain was medium and the general average was (3.27). There is an impact of organizational culture on knowledge sharing. There were statistically significant differences among the responses of the study sample's members due to the university variable for (King Saud University) in (scientific research, leadership and structure and internal systems) domains, and there were statistically significant differences among the responses of the study sample's members due to the type variable for (males) in (scientific research domain and for (females) in (leadership) domain.
