The aim of this research was determine the effect of the modular differences on managing electronic discussions (controlled / group-centered) and Mental Capacity Level (low / high) in the cloud computing environment on the development of production of electronic mental maps and Self-regulation, (40) students, where they were divided into four experimental groups according to the independent variable of the research، each consisted of (10) students for each group. That there are statistically significant when studying through a cloud computing environment, Relay of primary effect of different level of mental capacity (high - low).There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students of experimental groups in the scale of self-organizing skills, Due to the main effect Typical difference in managing electronic discussions (controlled / group-centered).
