The present study aims to reveal - among secondary school pupils – the relationship between the level of the ego identity and the personal project in its different dimensions. To achieve this objective, the identity and personal project tests were applied to a sample of (58) male and female pupils at the secondary education level, belonging to secondary schools in the city of Saida (Algeria) and after the study data processing, using a set of statistical methods and using the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), the results were as follows: 1) There is a relationship between the dimension of "fulfillment" of identity and the personal project in its various dimensions. 2) There is a relationship between the dimension of “suspension” of identity and the personal project being in its various dimensions. 3) There is a negative relationship between the dimension of “closure” of identity and the personal project in its various dimensions. 4) There is a negative relationship between the identity dimension and the personal project, with its various dimensions.
