الإحتياجات التدريبية للمعلمين بالجمهورية اليمنية في مجال تعليم مهارات التفكير من وجهة نظرهم
The study aimed to identify the training needs for teachers in the Republic of Yemen in the field of teaching thinking skills from their point of view. To achieve the goal of the study, descriptive approach of the survey type is used. A questionnaire tool is also used and verified its apparent sincerity and consistency. This tool was applied to a sample consisting of (200) teachers from all Specializations, experiences, qualifications, and academic levels. The results of the study identified the most important thinking skills that teachers need to be trained in which was widely approved by a large sample of the study. Furthermore, the study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences between the averages of the training needs degrees due to the study variables (type, qualification, specialization, experience, and grade level) (Published abstract)
