The current study aims to build a scale of occupational awareness among first-year university students and extract its psychometric properties, and to achieve this goal the scale was built by following the procedures necessary to be in its final form consisting of (34) items distributed on three dimensions (self-awareness, perception of the environment, and harmonization between the self and the ocean) and the scale was applied to a sample of (104) male and female students from the first year in social sciences. using the necessary statistical methods. The field of internal consistency ranges between (0.24-0.88) and the Alpha Cronbach scale (0.84) and from it the results showed that the scale has acceptable and good indications of honesty and reliability, and this is what makes it have psychometric properties consistent with the characteristics of good testing.
