The study aimed to find out the degree of the school administration's application of the principles of governance in UNRWA schools, and to detect whether there are statistically significant differences between the mean of the estimation of the members of the sample due to some variables and then determine ways to activate the principles of governance in UNRWA schools. Analytical descriptive application of a questionnaire on a sample of (367) teachers in UNRWA schools. Relative weight (80.4%), followed by Rashad sun the decision has a relative weight (80%), then the principle of empowerment in the third order with a relative weight (79.7%), followed by the following principles:(simplicity and clarity, laws and regulations, efficiency and effectiveness, competitiveness, participation, justice and equality), and relative weights, respectively: (79.3), (79.3%), (79.3%), (78.7%), (78.5%), (78.4%), and the principles of accountability and transparency are the least applicable, with relative weight (77%), (76.7%). It showed that there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the respondents' estimation of the extent to which school administration applied the principles of governance due to the gender variable and for the benefit of females. The need to disseminate the study of governance culture in schools and activating the principles of accountability and transparency. (Published abstract)
