فاعلية برنامج معرفي سلوكي في خفض الأعراض الإكتئابية والقلق لدى عينة من الطلبة ذوي صعوبات التعلم
This study aimed to test the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral program in reducing depressive symptoms and anxiety among a sample of students with learning difficulties from Amman governorate. The study sample consisted of students with learning difficulties, and classes iv and v of schools Amman governorate, was divided the sample into two groups, a control group not applied to the pilot program and the number (20) students, and the experimental group is applied to the pilot program (CBT) and the number (20) students. Included study tools on the list of depression for children Kovacs (1981) Kovacs, and the measure of anxiety (case / feature) prepared by each of Sepelbergr, Gorsch and Launch (Spielperger, Gorsuch and Lushene), which has translated into Arabic Amina Kazem (1985). In order to answer questions from the study was the use of analysis of covariance, and the averages and standard deviations, and test (t-test), was reached following results: 1) the findings suggest the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of depressive symptoms between the average performance of the experimental group and the control group on the dimensional measurement, where the average performance of the experimental group on the telemetric (15.55) compared to (22.70) for the control group, while the average performance the experimental group telemetric (15.55) compared to (15.46) for the experimental group on the follow-up measurement. 2) As study results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in the degree of concern of the situation and characteristic between the average performance of the experimental group and the control group on the dimensional measurement, where the average performance of the experimental group on the telemetric (42.15) compared to (55.21) for the control group to worry case, while the average performance of the experimental group on the telemetric (62.24) compared to (70.12) for the control group to worry attribute. The average performance of the experimental group on the telemetric (42.15), compared to (42.17) for the experimental group on measuring up to concern the situation, while the average performance of the experimental group on the telemetric (62.24), compared to (61.24) for the experimental group to measure up to worry attribute. 3) Study results indicated a lack of statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral counseling program in reducing depressive symptoms and anxiety characteristic among the students with learning difficulties depending on the variable sex. While the results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in the effectiveness of cognitive behavioral program in reducing anxiety situation with students with learning difficulties depending on the variable sex.
