The study aimed at putting a visualize proposal for the development of the role of school management in discovering and nurturing creative students in public schools in Taif on the basis of the theoretical literature, and indeed current assessment of the role of school management in discovering and nurturing creative students. The sample of the study included all the directors of government schools for the academic year 1433/14334. Researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of 50 items distributed on five areas of work of the Director, namely: development professionally parameters, care students, develop the relationship with the local community, enriching the curriculum, develop teaching and learning process, to identify the performance current of managers in discovering and nurturing students Innovators in public schools in Taif. The study used descriptive analytical method, and the results showed that the overall average for vertebrae study tool was (1.72) degree (medium), which highlighted the urgent need to putting a visualize proposal to develop the role of school management in discovering and nurturing students creative in schools government in Taif. The study recommended a number of remarks, namely, the application of the proposed visualization and circulated, adopting the concept of collective responsibility, to provide sequential database for creative students, activating the continuous assessment in order to improve and develop, and further studies.
