This study aimed at the effectiveness of a training program based on positive thinking skills in reducing the cognitive Load Among high school students. The sample of the study consisted of 60 students of the first grade secondary from Baba secondary co. school-Beni Suief Governorate, The study tools included a measure of the cognitive Load of the researcher, and a training program based on the skills of positive thinking by the researcher, the results found that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group on the cognitive load scale for the experimental group after the application of the training program, there were statistically significant differences between the pre-measurement and post-measurement of the cognitive load for the experimental group in favor of the post-measurement, The results of the study also found that there were no statistically significant differences between the post-measurement and the follow of the experimental group after the application is completed within two months.
