The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a creative thinking program in developing academic achievement and creative problem solving for learning difficulties students in the primary school. The basic study sample consisted of 9 students with learning difficulties in the first three grades of primary school. The researcher used the following tools: 1) Test the matrices Array (Raven) Prepared by: Raven (1990). 2) Creative thinking test prepared by: researcher 3) Problem solving test prepared by: researcher 4) Program preparation: researcher. The results of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the experimental group in the tribal, remote, and remote dimensions and the follow-up of the problem-solving tests and the achievement tests for the benefit of the post-measurement and follow-up.
