The aim of the current research is to identify the impact of different participatory and cooperative activities in a semi-dynamic virtual learning environment on the development of learning outcomes and electronic communication among students of educational technology and represent the method of learning using a semi-dynamic virtual learning environment. The current research was limited to students of the first division. 2016, consisting of 60 male and female students. The study dealt with radio and sound recordings and included the research tools (achievement test, skill performance card, electronic communication scale) Which taught and achieved the objectives of the course of radio and sound recordings in a participatory learning method, and exercised various tasks in the virtual learning environment designed by the researcher in the outputs of learning and electronic communication and the existence of the size of a large impact of virtual reality semi-immersive environment in the development of knowledge and skills and electronic communication among students.
