This research aims to detect the effectiveness of developing an adaptive support system in E-learning environments and measuring its effectiveness on improving programming skills of the students at the first Division in Department of Education Technology and measuring their satisfaction with this system. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the experimental research methodology and design-based research methodology. The researcher used Experimental Design 2×2. The sample was divided into four experimental groups as (Global Sensing - Global Intuitive - Sequential Sensing - Sequential Intuitive). The research sample consisted of (150) students from the first year students Department of Education Technology Faculty of Specific Education. This sample was chosen because the subject in question is one of the courses taught by students in the Department of Educational Technology in accordance with the internal regulations of the faculty. The Measurement tools were created in the current research from data collection tools included (List of educational requirements - List of programming skills - List of standards of adaptive support system design - List of standards of content design), Measurement tools which included (achievement test - note card - measuring satisfaction), Experimental tools included (adaptive electronic environment based on adaptive support). the researcher applied processing methods appropriate statistical and represented in the calculation of reliability coefficient procedure (ALPHA - Cronbach) and calculate the proportion earning average for “Blake”, and the percentage of effectiveness for “Mac Jojian”, calculating effect size “ETA square”, and it became clear that the effect of the developing an adaptive support system in programming skills.
