The problem of research is the weak level of practical skills in the maintenance of air conditioning in the students of industrial secondary schools -the three years system specialization (refrigeration and air conditioning), which directly affects the provision of real job opportunities for them in the labor market after graduation, and then tries to search for the following questions: 1) How appropriate the content of the vocational training program specialization (refrigeration and air conditioning) in industrial secondary schools to the requirements of the labor market, including the practical skills. 2) What are the skills of air conditioning maintenance to be available to student’s specialization (refrigeration and air conditioning) industrial secondary school according to the requirements of the labor market? 3) What is the proposed vision for a program based on blended learning in developing the skills of air conditioning maintenance for students specializing in (refrigeration and air conditioning) in industrial secondary schools in accordance with the requirements of the labor market? 4) What is the effectiveness of the proposed program based on blended learning in the development of air conditioning maintenance skills of students’ specialization (refrigeration and air conditioning) in industrial secondary schools in accordance with the requirements of the labor market? The results of this research confirmed the effectiveness of blended learning in the development of air conditioning maintenance skills for industrial secondary school students -the three-year system according to the requirements of the labor market, the excellence of the experimental group, a the interaction of students with the teacher during the application of the program ,their interaction with each other, and this confirms the effectiveness of blended learning In the development of practical skills of students of industrial secondary schools in various disciplines in general and the field of specialization of air conditioning and refrigeration in particular.
