مدى استجابة برنامج معلم الصف في كلية العلوم التربوية في الجامعة الأردنية للمعايير الوطنية لتنمية المعلمين مهنيا : نحو أنموذج شامل ومتكامل
The aim of this study is to identify the extent to which the national standards developed for the professional development of teachers are available in the classroom teacher program at the faculty of educational sciences at the University of Jordan, additionally to determine the degree to which the national standards developed for the professional development of teachers are available in the classroom teacher program in light of their GPAs. The sample of the study comprised 50 female students. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, the questionnaire was used. The study adopted a descriptive approach to information collection. The questionnaire consists of seven main areas: education in Jordan, academic and pedagogical knowledge, planning for teaching, implementation of teaching, assessment of student learning, self-development, and ethics of education. The results showed that the availability of the national standards in the program of classroom teacher at the University of Jordan to a high degree, the fourth domain (implementation of teaching) was ranked first, followed by the seventh domain (ethics of the education profession), then the third field (teaching planning) followed by the second domain (academic and pedagogical knowledge), then fifth domain (assessment of students' education) in the fifth rank. The first domain (education in Jordan) was ranked sixth and in the seventh rank the sixth domain (self-development). And the results of the study showed no significant differences according to the GPAs of students. (Author's abstract)
