The objective of this research was to develop an e- Assessment System and measure Its Effect on Evaluating the Practical Performance of the Students and Its Credibility. The System covers the basic skills of (MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint). It was tested in a real life scenario on a sample of 135 file of Instructional Technology students. Faculty of Specific Education - Minia University. The results showed a significant effect of the e-Assessment system in assessing students' Practical Performance, and proved that the system has a high degree of credibility. The research ended with a recommendation of working on other systems covering skills that are more advanced, and target other Programs of MS Office Suite, in order to make such systems available for use in different educational environments.
