This study deals with the services and activities offered by the Embassy of Knowledge at Minia University, which is a miniature simulation model for the Bibliotheca Alexandrina and one of the cultural arms of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, which was set up to break the geographic and regional barriers between the library and its leaders in other regions. The Bibliotheca Alexandrina is not limited to a specific category or region, Which serve university students in various stages of university education as well as researchers and faculty members of the university, where the study deals with the digital projects available through this embassy, and the services they provide, and evaluate those services to find out the pros and citizens To force them to support it, and the obstacles they face in order to overcome them, and also addresses the figures and activities organized by the knowledge of the Embassy of seminars, lectures, workshops and conferences as well as broadcast directly through the Web Dreamcast, and the role of such activities in building the capacity and skills of young people in the university and school students. The study aims at identifying the role played by the Public Library (Bibliotheca Alexandrina) in serving the academic community by identifying the origins of the Embassy of Knowledge, its characteristics, activities and services, revealing the reality of using the beneficiaries, revealing the most important obstacles, Knowledge in the service of society in general and the academic community in particular. Conclusion: It included the results reached by the researcher and the recommendations presented by the researcher, which was the most important of the following: The main findings of the study: 1) Results of the characteristics and characteristics of the Embassy of Knowledge have been established. Knowledge Embassies have been established as sub-centers of the Bibliotheca Alexandrina in the Egyptian governorates and have started to activate this project in the Egyptian universities and then activate it as planned by the Regional Research Center and the Exploration Centers. The Embassy of Knowledge at Minia University is the first embassy to be established in a public university in 2008. 2) The results of activities and services provided by the Embassy of Knowledge, where the Embassy of Knowledge at Minia University began to organize activities regularly and varied after the spread of the other branches of the Knowledge Embassies in Cairo and Fayoum and its own and Zagazig in 2015, the study revealed the percentage of participants in the events organized by the Embassy of knowledge less than the number of visitors General to the Knowledge Embassy by 34%, the most important services frequented by the customers are the digital asset repository ”Dar” 71%, then the Internet and scientific databases. 3) Results of supporting the activities and services of the Embassy of Knowledge to the academic community where the Embassy of Knowledge provides its services free of charge and all those who are allowed to enter the university, the study confirmed that the availability of sources of information in a variety of large numbers, providing high quality Internet service, in addition to the efficiency of the human element that provides the service is from The most important motivations that make the beneficiary hesitate. 4) Results of the reality of the use of the beneficiaries of the services of the Embassy of knowledge where the results showed that the most beneficiaries of the Embassy of knowledge at the University of Minya are students of theoretical colleges, especially the faculties of specific education, education, literature and early childhood, the study confirmed the lack of media format for the Embassy of knowledge. 5) Results of the evaluation of beneficiaries of service outcomes from the Embassy of Knowledge, where the study revealed the reasons for public preference for electronic services provided by the Embassy of knowledge, the study stressed the importance of Internet quality.
