The aim of this research is to reveal the effect of the design of the mobile learning environment on the development of cognitive needs and the skills of electronic communication among students of the basic stage in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The researcher presented the problem of research, its importance, its mandate, methodology, tools and steps. The theoretical foundations of the research were presented in six axes: the first is virtual classrooms; the second is the design of the Google educational; On the electronic lessons; while in the fourth axis he addressed the electronic communication skills necessary for the students of the basic stage. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method and semi experimental approach method. The sample of the study was 30 students, school of education Directorate Karak area has been studied the group using the program designed of virtual classrooms. The researcher also prepared the research tools, which consisted of an electronic test to meet the cognitive needs and cognitive aspects related to the students, and a note card to measure the performance aspects associated with some of the electronic communication skills of the students. The research tools were applied before and after the experimental group, the researcher then worked on statistical treatments for this research using statistical programs for social sciences (SPSS). The results showed that there was a statistically significant difference at (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students in the tribal and remote applications to test the collection of needs and the cognitive aspects in favor of the post application. The results also showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group students in the tribal and remote applications of the note card measuring the performance aspects and the skills of electronic communication in favor of the post application.
