The current research goal is to explore the impact of designing an e-learning environment based on personal learning to develop e-learning skills for science teachers. The researcher used the descriptive research method and the semi-empirical research method. The research procedures included the selection of a random sample of (30) teachers and teachers from Baghdad governorate, Al-Karkh Directorate 2. The research was based on a one-set experimental design. The study tools included a skills list, a list of design criteria, a list of general and behavioral goals, a cognitive achievement test, a note note for e-learning skills for science teachers, and a final product evaluation card. The researcher applied the appropriate statistical processing methods using the social statistical program “SPSS20”. The current research has reached the following results : 1) There are statistically significant differences at (0.05) between the mean scores of the tribal and post-application applications for the benefit test for the post-application. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the intermediate scores of the tribal and remote applications of the note of skill performance for the benefit of the post application. 3) The training environment shall be effective in the development of skills for science teachers not less than (0.6) when measured by the effectiveness ratio of MacGujian.
