الإلتزام المهني لدى الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين بمدارس الحلقة الأولى من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الدقهلية : دراسة ميدانية
The research aimed at revealing the reality and obstacles of professional school workers of the first stage of basic education and put a suggested picture to overcome these obstacles, to achieve the aims the research, the research used the descriptive method, the research reached various results as: 1) School social work seeks developing abilities of students socially, scientifically and morally through participating in activities and programmers which increase their interaction. 2) The commitment professional of school social workers helps to achieve the aims and increase the desire to continue work with this profession. The researcher recommended paraphrasing a charter for commitment of a school social worker and publicizing it on the electronic site of the ministry of education as a list for social workers to be more committed. Trying to improve and develop the system of incentives and promotion of social workers. Media focus on the importance of the professional roles of a social workers and his/her role in helping pupils to achieve educational and social adaptation. (Author’s abstract)
