The aim of this research is detecting the impact of free navigation and free navigation with advisement through digital learning objects repository on digital citizenship and development of problem solving skills for the first preparatory pupils. The sample consisted of two randomly selected groups, the first experimental group include 30 pupils, and the second group include 31 pupils. The research was based on the semi-experimental approach. The research tools including digital citizenship achievement test and situations test, were used to measure the achievement and the ability to solve problems. To design the digital learning objects repository, the researcher adopted the model of (Cisco. 2001) and (Abdul Aziz Tolba. 2011) Instructional design. The results that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 between the average score of the first experimental group students in the pre and post digital citizenship achievement test in favor of the post application. There are no statistically significant differences between the average score of the first and second experimental groups in the pre and post digital citizenship achievement test. (Author’s abstract)
