Virtual reality is an exciting concept that gives the individual the ability to sense the different senses and interact with them and change their data enhances the sense of integration in that environment and try to scientists and those interested in virtual reality to create interaction between the aesthetic side required for the virtual scene and thus create a virtual environment that allows the user to learn and knowledge of information. Rapid transformations and changes, nowadays, are considered of the advantages of our era which require reconsidering the curriculum content and teaching strategies to make sure that we keep up with the contemporary developments and trends, therefore it becomes necessary to go beyond the conventional methods of teaching that make the child recipient only in the educational process, besides the importance of making use of modem methods and novel ideas lies in both helping the teacher and the students to get the knowledge, the information and the various skills and how to deal with it to develop the musical skills at the Students. The researcher used the following tools: Test musical concepts (preparation of the researcher) and a note card to measure students’ performance of musical skills (researcher’s preparation). Research field applications proved the accuracy of the research tools according to the experts and the specialists then a suggested program has been built besides the outstanding result of Students performance after applying the new program, this performance was perfect in the results of the musical concepts test also it was in the musical skills that were evaluated through note cards, and this was in aid of the experimental group telemetric, this significance calls us to refuse this hypothesis from the research and accepting the following alternatives which state that: there are statistically significant differences between the pre and post evaluation of the two groups (the experimental and the control) in the grades of the musical concepts test as whole and it sub-dimensions besides finding significant differences between the pre and posttest of experimental and control groups in the grades of the note card as a whole and its dimensions degrees for the performance components in aid of the pretest evaluation of the experimental group. And it’s notable that the researcher doesn’t neglect recording the results through the formative assessment during applying the prepared lessons of the program besides some important recommends he recommended with according to the results like: making use of the suggested program in this study which is based on the relation between the color and the sound in the vein of applying it on the whole deaf mute and providing the immediate feedback during educational process to support kids response so we can reach the points of strength and weakness which affect positively on the outputs of the educational process.
