The study proceeded in its attempts to answer its questions in accordance with the descriptive curriculum steps, which is interested in providing full descriptions of the of the phenomenon of the subject of the study to determine its reality and analyze this reality and interpret it by trying to monitor and evaluate the reality of the educational services provided by the universities to its students, in order to arrive at a proposed scenario that can contribute to improving the educational services offered by public universities to its students. The aim of the study was to identify the most important aspects of the strengths and weaknesses of the educational services offered by the university to its students and their suggestions to improve these educational services. This questionnaire was applied to a sample of faculty members there assistants, three collages were selected, one of which was practical, the other theoretical, and the third a practical theory. The study went through several procedures dealt with by the researcher in five chapters: The first Chapter: the general framework of the study (the study problem, its objectives terminology and tools, previous Arab and foreign studies). , importance The second Chapter: deals with educational services in university education and includes the following (the concept of the educational services, the characteristics of the educational services, elements of the educational services, types of the educational services, the importance of the educational services, obstacles to providing distinguished educational services in university education institutions). The third Chapter: the quality of educational services in the university education includes: (the concept of quality of the educational services, the dimensions of quality of the educational services, the most important standards of quality of the educational services, the standards of the National Authority for the quality of the educational services). The fourth Chapter: deals with procedures and results of the field study in terms of the objective of the field study, the field study tools, their consistency, their credibility, the sample of the study, the statistical treatment, and the results of the field study and its interpretation. The fifth Chapter: summary of conclusions and recommendations. The study reached a number of results, the most prominent of which are the following: Forming a unit to study student complaints and suggestions, discuss their problems and provide them feedback on all their queries. Measuring the career orientation of students is about to graduate in collages through formalized and declared means. (Author’s abstract)
