The aim of this research is to measure the effectiveness of e-project strategy in the mobile learning environment to develop the skills of producing interactive stories among kindergarten students in light of their professional needs. This proposed environment is based on the proposed design criteria for the mobile learning environment, which were determined in (14 criteria, 152 indicators) The study of the skills of the production of interactive stories developed in (10 main skills). The study was limited to a sample of (40) students in the Faculty of Kindergarten “Mansoura University”, they were divided into two groups: sum An initial pilot, experimental second group to represent each group (20 students). The descriptive survey methodology, the experimental approach to the nature of the current research, and the semi-experimental design, known as one-dimensional design with two experimental groups, were used for one independent variable presented with two parameters with the tribal and algebra measurement of the study sample in the light of the research tools (The cognitive aspects associated with interactive story production skills, the observation card to measure the performance aspects associated with interactive story production skills, and the product evaluation card). After verifying the validity of these tools and their consistency, they were applied to the research sample. And to arrive at a set of recommendations and suggested solutions. The current research reached: There is a statistically significant difference between (0.05) between the average grades of the students of the first and second experimental groups in the achievement test related to the cognitive aspects of the interactive story production skills, the observation card related to the interactive story production skills, Final (interactive story). The study presented several recommendations and proposed research that will be addressed in the current research. (Author’s abstract)
