تطوير نظام الإعتماد التربوي لمدارس التعليم الثانوي العام في مصر على ضوء بعض الاتجاهات التنافسية
The objective of the current research is to identify the reality of the educational accreditation of the general secondary education schools in Egypt and the requirements of its development in light of some of the competitive trends (knowledge economy, labor market, internationalization of education). The researcher used the descriptive method in collecting and interpreting the data. A questionnaire was applied to a sample of quality and accreditation experts in some Egyptian universities, the National Authority for Quality Assurance of Education, members of technical support in the educational departments and some staff of the quality assurance team in the public secondary schools approved in Minia Governorate, and they numbered 177 A member asked to know what the system of educational accreditation for the secondary secondary schools in Egypt should develop in the light of competitive trends. The research has reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1) There is a disparity in the approach of educational accreditation to the schools of general secondary education in Egypt, ranging from actual translation to a new type of institutional behavior, and apparent compliance with the procedures imposed without affecting educational practices. 2) The National Agency for Quality Assurance of Packaging and Accreditation faces obstacles that prevent the utilization of international experience in the field of accreditation. 3) The outputs of the educational accreditation system for the general secondary education schools in Egypt represented in the approved schools and their outputs do not correspond to the competitive trends towards the knowledge economy, labor market requirements and the internationalization of education. 4) the possibility of developing the system of educational accreditation for schools of general secondary education in Egypt in the light of some competitive trends. The research presented imagines the proposal for the development of the educational accreditation system for general secondary schools in Egypt in the light of some competitive trends.
