The research aimed to find out the effectiveness of adaptive presentation in e-learning environment in Developing Web Site Design of the Primary Stage Students, Through a review of previous educational literature, which related to the adaptive presentation in e-learning environment according to learning style, and web site design skills, A list of design criteria for an e-learning environment has been developed according to learning styles, The search tools were also prepared , which were represented in an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect of web design skills, and Product Rating Card to measure the performance aspect of web design skills, The research sample consisted of (64) primary sixth student, They were divided into two experimental groups. The first experimental group was adaptive e-learning divided into 3 groups according to learning style (auditory-visual- kinetic), The second experimental group were non-adaptive electronic learning, The results showed the effectiveness of the adaptive presentation in an e-learning environment in the development of website design skills among primary school students. The researcher recommends attention to adaptive presentation in learning environments rather than non-adaptive e-learning environments, Because it has a positive impact on the cognitive and performance achievement of the sixth primary students, taking into account the criteria of design, production and dissemination of an e-learning environment based on the adaptive presentation in light of the educational foundations.
