The current study aims at investigating the impact of immediate and delayed feedback-pattern variation in virtual learning environments on developing teachers’ skills to produce some e-learning resources for hearing disabled students. The descriptive and quasi-experimental approaches were used in the current study. The general model of the educational design was adopted. The sample consisted of 60 male and female teachers at Al-Amal School for Hearing Disabled Girls in Fayoum, divided into two experimental groups of 30 male and female teachers each. One of the most important findings of the study is that there are significant differences between the practical performance rate of producing digital learning resources in the pre- and post- implementation of the virtual learning environment in light of feedback. Thus, the impact of using the environments has been evident in increasing hearing disabled students’ teachers’ digital learning resources production skills (educational website, e-book, interactive video). The implementation has shown the effectiveness of using the immediate feedback over the delayed feedback. (Author’s abstract)
