Research aims to: Presenting a proposed pardigume to improve the educational service provided to the students of the Faculty of Education, Beni- Suef University in the light of some contemporary university models, by studying the reality of the educational service provided by the Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. The study used the descriptive approach using the case study method, which was based 011 interviews to identify the quality of the educational service in the Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. And the design of a questionnaire to identify obstacles to the application of the educational service at the Faculty of Education, Beni Suef University. To achieve the aims of the study, it has been presented in five chapters: Chapter One: determine the general framework of the study includes: an introduction, the study problem, its objectives, importance, method, tools, limits, terms, and previous studies with comment on them. Chapter Two: Educational service in the university colleges. Chapter Three: Foreign and Arab university models in the educational service in the faculties of education. Chapter Four Field study, the reality of the educational service provided by the Faculty of Education- University of Beni Suef. Chapter Five: The proposed vision for improving the quality of educational service at the Faculty of Education - Beni Suef University. The results of the theoretical and field study, the purpose of the proposed vision, its dimensions, stages of implementation, application requirements, obstacles and wavs to overcome them.
