The current research sought to identify effect of computer assisted teaching and learning (CATL) in teaching the financial accounting for the students of commercial studies college at Kuwait state on developing the accounting concepts and thinking flexibly. The researcher used the quasi experimental approach based on the two groups: the experimental group and the control group (30 no.) The research instruments included a test for the measuring the accounting skills and a scale for measuring the thinking flexibly. The research concluded that there was a statistically significant difference among the mean scores of the experimental group in favor of the experimental group at 0,011evel for the accounting skills and thinking flexibly.
