The current study aimed to identify the reality of implementing a specific project for educational vouchers, and the most prominent challenges facing the implementation of the project in Saudi Arabia from the viewpoint of leaders and school leaders in which the project is applied, and then put several recommendations to develop the project, and the survey descriptive approach was used where questionnaires were distributed all school leaders and leaders applying for a specific educational voucher project in Saudi Arabia numbering (111) .the study revealed the clarity of the policies and regulations of a specific project for educational plots and its provision of support services and the appropriate school and educational environment for students. The results also showed the ministry’s follow-up of students enrolled in the project and taking it with observations and opinions of the project workers in order to develop it. The results also revealed that financing a specific project for educational vouchers and aspects of exchange is appropriate, as the study revealed that one of the most important challenges were weak incentives provided to encourage project workers and the small number of administrative leaders qualified and specialized in managing such projects and the weak role of the media in advertising and awareness of the importance of the project in various communication sites, and the study recommended several proposals for developing a specific project for education vouchers.
