إتجاهات طلبة كلية التربية بجامعة صنعاء نحو ثقافتي العنف والحوار

This study aimed to measure the orientations of the students of Faculty of Education Sana’a University towards violence and dialogue cultures and the reasons of violence increasing in Yemen. To achieve that, I adopted the descriptive survey methods. Then I applied this study on sample was (416) students from the two levels the first and the forth. I reached important findings that most of the sample members’ orientation was negative and they reject the violence culture. But some members agree with violence in case of self-defense, rights attainment, getting freedoms, and rejecting strange thoughts. The other orientations towards dialogue were positive except students’ chance to express their opinions. There are many reasons for violence increasing in Yemen such religious consciousness decreasing, safeness absence, and revenge phenomenon continuing. (Published abstract)
