درجة استخدام استراتيجية التعلم المدمج لدى معلمي المرحلة الأساسية في لواء وادي السير



The study aimed to identify the degree of using blended learning strategy among basic teachers in Wadi Alsier district and its differences by gender and supervisory authority (public schools, private schools). To achieve the objectives of this study, the researcher descriptive method was adopted ,and a questionnaire was developed which consisting of (30) items, was applied to the sample of the study which consisting of (350) teachers (male and female) from the high basic stage at Wadi Alsier district in public schools (250) and in private schools (120). The results of the study showed that the degree of using blended learning strategy among basic stage teachers` in Wadi Alsier district came in a medium degree. There were statistically significant differences according to the gender variable, in favor of the female. Also other results of the study indicate statistically significant differences according to the supervisory authority variable, in favor of the private school and there is statistical effect according to the interaction between the gender and the supervisory authority. The study concluded with a number of recommendations including: To increase awareness of the importance of blended learning strategy and as well as to work on holding training courses for the teachers to increase awareness about the methods of application this strategy.
