درجة ممارسة العدالة التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية الخاصة في محافظة العاصمة عمان وعلاقتها بالروح المعنوية للمعلمين من وجهة نظر مساعدي المديرين
This study aimed at finding out the degree of the practicing of organizational justice in the principals of private primary schools in the governorate of Capital city of Amman, and its relation to moral promotion of teachers from the point of view of the assistant principals. A questionnaire was developed to collect data as well as to verify its reliability and consistency. The sample of the study consisted of (100) assistant principals from the private primary schools in the capital city of Amman. The results indicated that the degree of exercise of ministrative justice among school assistant principals was very high and the field of distribution justice was moderate. Morale among the teachers was high, and there were statistically significant differences in the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) the private school principals attributed to the variable of scientific qualification, and the existence of differences of statistical significance due to the variable years of service and was in favor of the service provider 10 years and more for all areas. There are no statistically significant differences at the degree of significance (α ≤ 0.05) to the degree of morale of the private primary school teachers due to gender variables, scientific qualification, years of service the researcher recommended the need to deepen and increase awareness of the importance of providing morale and promoting organizational justice within the school environment.
