This study aimed to determine the relation between Organizational trust within the Directorates General of Education across Oman and the creative administrative behavior of their employees. In order to achieve the objectives of the study. The researchers prepared a questionnaire consisting of (54) paragraphs divided into two main areas: (a) Organizational trust and (b) Creative administrative behavior. Once verified and validated; the study was applied to the sample population amounting to (1156), The most remarkable findings of the study are as follows: The degree of organizational trust within the directorates general of education in Oman with respect to the two dimensions of trust in the co-workers and the trust in the direct supervisor was high, while the degree of trust in the dimension of the senior management was moderate. As for the degree of practicing creative administrative behavior for employees in the directorates general of education in Oman, the degree of practice was high in all dimensions of the creative administrative behavior. The results also show a positive correlation relation and a statistic function at the significance level of (α00.01) between the dimensions of the organizational trust and the creative administrative behavior of the employees of the directorates general of education in Oman. In light of the findings of the study, a number of recommendations were made. (Published abstract)
