برنامج تدريبي قائم على نظرية الذكاء الناجح لتنمية الإبداع في التدريس لدى أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة الملك خالد
The current study aimed to develop a training program based on the successful intelligence theory to develop the creativity of teaching and testing its efficiency, sample. The sample of the study consisted of (34) members, (16) females and (18) males, they went through the training program for four days and for an average of four hours a day, total number of training hours for each member was (16) hours. The content of this program includes eight main dimensions: creative teaching, teaching strategies and developing the creativity in university teaching, brainstorming strategies, survey strategies in university teaching, multiple intelligences, visual thinking networks, classroom organization methods to develop the creativity, and creative teaching skills, which were presented in a training manner in order to maximize the experience of the teaching staff. The results showed that the level of teaching based on the successful intelligence among the teaching staff at King Khaled University was moderate. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (0,05) in any field of the development of teaching creativity among the teaching staff at king Khaled University attributed to any of the variables: rank, experience or gender.
