The study aimed to identify the availability of teaching competencies among educational teachers from the perspective of educational supervisors and school leaders and to identify the degree of correlation between the level of teaching competencies, and the type of academic qualification and years of experience with the teacher of Islamic education to determine whether there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of supervisors' estimations and the estimates of school leaders for the extent to which the teachers of Islamic education in the primary stage in Saudi Arabia have access to teaching competencies? The research sample consisted of (18) heads of elementary schools in Assir education district, (10) educational supervisors for Islamic education course. The current research followed the descriptive approach that is concerned with describing the degree of possession of the teachers of Islamic education for the elementary stage of teaching competencies. Results: the degree of possession of teachers of Islamic education for the elementary stage of the teaching competencies in the dimension of personality traits availability of high and average (4.32), and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the second dimension in general educational supervisors reached (3.98) high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the third dimension (ability and knowledge) from the perspective of educational supervisors in general was (3.88) high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the fourth dimension from the perspective of educational supervisors in general was (3.83) high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the fifth dimension from the perspective of educational supervisors in general (3.93) and high score, and the average level of availability of teaching competencies for the sixth dimension from the perspective of educational supervisors in general was (3.93) and high score, and the study also found that there are no differences between the average grades of school leaders and supervisors.
