The study aims to reality of the practice of management by roaming the leaders of secondary schools for girls in the city of Taif. To achieve this, analytical descriptive approach is used and a questionnaire is used, 99 leaders and supervisors Secondary schools and administrative supervisors in the city of Taif. After conducting the statistical analysis, it has been found that: The reality of the practice of running by the leaders of secondary schools for girls in Taif city. The responses of the research sample on each dimension can be arranged in descending order according to the values of the arithmetic averages as follows: The fourth dimension development and creativity) Then the third dimension (motivation) came in the fourth order, and the second dimension (improving communication) came in the fifth ranking The study recommends that the concept of management have to be promoted as a modern and effective management method in schools And activating the practice of roaming management in relation to the dimension of communication improvement and after stimulation. The leaders of the schools shared their experiences in the application of the management method by roaming their schools and simulating Arab and foreign models that succeeded in applying the method of management by roaming.
