درجة ممارسة مديرات رياض الأطفال في منطقة النقب لمهامهن من وجهة نظر المعلمات
This study aimed at investigating the practicing degree of female kindergarten principals at Al-Nagab area for their tasks from the female teachers' viewpoint. The study sample consisted of (237) female teachers chosen randomly during the academic year (2017/2018). The researchers developed a questionnaire consisted of (39) items, distributed into four domains: administrative tasks, technical tasks, dealing with children, and dealing with local community, after assuring its validity and reliability. The study results showed that the practicing degree of female kindergarten principals at Al-Nagab area for their tasks from the female teachers' viewpoint, came with very large degree, and there was no statistically significant differences due to academic qualification and years of experience. The study recommended to draw the attention of officials in the Nagab educational area and the ministry of education to the very large practice degree for female kindergarten principals in Al-Nagab area for their tasks, in order to develop plans and strategies that contribute to maintaining this large level, mainly the technical tasks domain, and dealing with local community.
