The study aimed at identifying the degree of application of secondary school principals to the administrative bases of organizational development in Mafraq governorate from the point of view of the teachers and the teachers. The descriptive method was used. The study sample consisted of (629) principals and teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of application of the secondary school principals to the administrative bases of organizational development came to a great extent, and for all its fields. The results of the study on individual statistical differences revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the level of responses of the sample members in the application of secondary school principals to the administrative bases of organizational development due to the different variables (scientific qualification and years of experience). While there were differences due to the gender variable and was in favor of females. (Published abstract)
