The study aimed at revealing the degree of management use of motivation and its relation to the performance of teachers in schools in the Naqab region from the point of view of its managers. The study sample consisted of (85) managers and managers. The study tool was applied after verifying its validity and consistency. The management questionnaire consisted of (22) (the effectiveness of the system of incentives, promotions, appreciation and respect, justice in the distribution of grants and incentives). The questionnaire was composed of (29) items divided into three areas (completion of tasks, responsibilities and relationships at work). The results of the study showed that the degree of management use of motivation in the Negev schools from the point of view of school principals was high. The results showed that the mathematical averages of the fields of the performance level of the teachers of the Negev schools from the point of view of the principals of the schools came to a great extent. There was a positive and statistically significant correlation between the degree of management use of motivation in the Negev schools and the performance of the teachers.
