The study aimed to identifying the degree of the school administration's practice of its role in developing creativity among elementary school teachers in the Negev region within the green line from teachers' perspective. The descriptive survey and correlative approach method was used by using the questionnaire as a tool for study. A random sample of (417) members of the study population in elementary school in the Negev region within the green line during the academic year (2016-2017). The questionnaire consisted of two axes: first: the role of the school administration in the development of creativity and it consisted of four fields: (teaching process, human relations, improvement and development of the school environment, thinking, expression, dialogue and discussion). And the second axis: the school performance and it consists of four fields: (the relationship with the school principal, the relationship with the community, the relationship with the students teaching and learning). The results of the study showed that the degree of practice of the school administration for its role in the development of creativity was very much, where all fields came to a great extent as the results showed that the degree of school performance in all its aspects came to a great extent, and there is a positive correlation between the role of the hands of school in the development of creativity and between school performance from the point of view of teachers. The study recommended the need to encourage school principals to develop the relationship with teachers, and the emphasis on the creation of the school environment for the development of creativity.
