The study aimed to provide a new and easy way to produce instructional videos through snapchat application instead of using specialized video editing software, which saves students a lot of time and effort by making use of their previous information and technical skills in using snapchat. The study also aimed to identify faculty of education at Princess Nourah Bint Abdulrahman University students' satisfaction with snapchat. The study tools were: 1) a questionnaire to measure students' skills in using snapchat application. 2) Interview to find out the extent of students' satisfaction with using snapchat in producing videos and their preference of it on specialized software. 3) Interview to find out the difficulties encountered while using the application in producing instructional videos. Results confirmed that students prefer to use snapchat application in producing instructional videos over specialized video editing software. The researcher attributed that to student's high skills in using the application. (Published abstract)
