The aim of the study was to identify the thinking methods of female psychology students at Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University, And to reveal their compatibility, The nature of the relationship between methods of thinking and compatibility, The sample of the study included (150) students enrolled in the Department of Psychology - Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University, All the academic years, the study followed the descriptive approach, The measure of thinking methods was used to: (A. Harrison, Bramson, Bartlett and their collaborators (Magdy Abdel Karim Habib) on the Egyptian environment (2004) The study relied on the questionnaire in the collection of study data, It also relied on the Statistical Package of Social Sciences (SPSS) to process the data of the study and extract the results. The study reached the following results: That the ideal thinking and realistic thinking are the most common methods used by students of the Department of Psychology at the College of Education Princess Noura Bint Abdul Rahman University in Riyadh, the results also showed that there is a relationship between the methods of thinking and the academic compatibility of students, which is a strong positive relationship, Where 71%. The results also showed that there are differences between the groups of students according to the variable of the original specialization in the secondary school - scientific / literary.
