The follow-up of the problem of this research lasted more than five (5) years, included many reports and statistical studies to identify this problem accurately and to identify the most important factors affecting the low academic achievement of students. A number of methods and statistical models were used to show the most important factors influencing on the low achievement. The Logit Binomial through Odds Ratio revealed a clear effect on the following factors: number of students in the classroom, school’s duplication, school’s independence, school’s time, school’s environment and gender of the school, on low achievement for all subjects among students in middle schools, for a sample of schools, size (396). The (GLM) & (SLM) models showed a clear effect for the factors: years of experience, evaluation of standards and interaction between them on the achievement of mathematics, for a sample of mathematics teachers size (95). In order to measure the attitudes of the mathematics teachers on the reasons for the low level of academic achievement among middle schools’ students in mathematics, Likert scale was used to survey a sample of (30) teachers.
